Position Title: Senior Architect

Department: Architecture & Design

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Role Description:

This is a full time on-site for a Senior Architect at LR Infrastructure in Chennai. The Senior Architect will be responsible for handling the projects from start to end attending client meeting, conducting site visits, and guiding the junior architects and draftsmen

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather all accurate client inputs and specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings and project plans aligned with specifications, materials, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Ensure all quality norms are adhered to while preparing drawings/plans.
• Prepare the team work schedule with individual tasks clearly mentioned along with job role responsible for executing the task and the timeline within which it has to be completed.
• Obtain drawing approvals from the Head of the company
• Pass approved drawings to the Project Team after the Work Order is received.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture with 5+ years of field experience required
• Software Skills :Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Photoshop, and Sketch up, added advantage V-ray rendering Knowledge of illustrator In-Design, design software
• Project management is required, estimation knowledge and designing skills, Material knowledge and drawing Skills are required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs.
