Job Description
LPS GLOBAL SCHOOL is looking for Vice - Principal to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Academic Leadership: Assist the Principal in providing academic leadership, setting educational goals, and ensuring the quality of the educational programs
- Student Discipline: Oversee student discipline and behavior management, enforcing school policies and codes of conduct
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers and curriculum committees to develop, evaluate, and enhance the educational curriculum
- Teacher Supervision: Observe and evaluate teachers' performance, conduct teacher training and professional development, and provide feedback
- Classroom Management: Assist in managing classroom scheduling, class assignments, and allocation of teaching resources
- Parent and Community Relations: Engage with parents, guardians, and the community to address concerns, communicate school policies, and foster positive relationships
- Student Activities: Coordinate extracurricular activities, school events, and student organizations to enrich the student experience
- Teacher Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment and hiring of teachers and staff members
- Teacher Collaboration: Promote collaboration and teamwork among the teaching staff, encouraging sharing of best practices
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and financial management for the school or department
- Safety and Security: Contribute to the development and implementation of safety and security measures to protect students, staff, and the school's property
