About The Role. As a Campaign Analyst at our CRM Consulting company, you will drive data-driven insights to shape and enhance marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data, generating campaign ideas, and testing hypotheses to ensure that CRM and marketing strategies are impactful. Your role will involve collaboration with various teams to identify opportunities for optimization, ensuring that all campaigns align with client objectives and deliver maximum ROI.. Key Responsibilities. Campaign Ideation & Hypothesis Testing: Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate innovative campaign ideas and develop hypotheses based on customer behavior and trends. Conduct tests to validate these hypotheses, using A/B testing and other methods to ensure effectiveness.. Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM and marketing campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, etc.), focusing on KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).. Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer segmentation, behavior, and purchase patterns to provide insights that drive targeted marketing efforts and campaign optimization.. Customer Journey Mapping: Assist in developing and refining customer journeys based on data analysis, helping to improve customer engagement and conversion.. A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across all customer touchpoints.. CRM Platform Utilization: Work with CRM systems to segment audiences, automate workflows, and track campaign outcomes. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, MoEngage, Clevertap, or other marketing automation tools is a plus.. Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to present findings to internal teams and clients in an easily understandable manner.. Requirements. 2-3 years of experience in campaign analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role within CRM or marketing consulting environments.. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, segmentation, and customer profiling.. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, PySpark). Familiarity with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization techniques.. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.. Attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management skills.. Preferred.
