Job Description :
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be working on designing various campaign experiments, reports, and Analysis of company data and delivering them to top management and other interested parties.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working with business users, collecting their requests, and then generating insights and finding and presenting them using suitable tools (SQL Power BI, PPT, excel, etc.)
Responsibilities :
- Using data to drive analytical projects across all complexity levels and to generate key business insights and recommendations to enable decision-making
- Draft daily Revenue, Traffic, and other input metric plans/forecasts for different customer cohorts for BAU and event days.
- Monitoring these metrics and doing deep-dive analyses for problem-solving sessions will also be a key part of the role.
- Being the data backbone of the various campaigns run by the team - this will involve designing the experiments, creating various target groups, and measuring the impact of the various initiatives related to pricing and customer relationship management.
- The recruit will need to liaise with cross-functional teams during the execution of these campaigns.
- Independently leading critical projects with extensive cross-functional collaboration will be a key area of opportunity and learning.
- Data visualization for easy consumption of insights for org and leadership, defining actionable next steps based on insights.
Requirements :
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an appreciation for Math and Business.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst would be strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using SQL, and Excel is mandatory.
- Efficient project and stakeholder management skills.
- Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in Campaign Analytics is a must-have.

- SQL - Expert Level.
- Advanced Excel - Expert.
- Python - Beginner level.
- Power BI - Expert/Intermediate.
- PowerPoint - Intermediate.
- Databricks - Beginner/Intermediate.
- JIRA - Beginner/Intermediate.
Good to have :
- Pyspark.
- Experience in Retail
