Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership Development
Identify potential partners across Home Related / Lifestyle Category such as Home Interior / Home Automation / FMEG / Home Furnishing etc.
Conduct market research to understand partnership trends and opportunities.
Develop compelling pitches and proposals to onboard new strategic partners.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and addressing concerns.
3. Revenue Generation
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets & onboarding Brands. Maintaining & retention of brands will be core part of role.
Collaborate with sales teams to integrate partnerships into the sales funnel effectively.
4. Collaboration and Coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to execute partnership strategies.
Ensure seamless integration of partner offerings into Reloys loyalty programs.
5. Reporting and Analytics
Track the performance of strategic alliances and provide regular updates to leadership.
Analyze metrics to measure the impact of partnerships and recommend improvements.
