Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage Teams: Oversee multiple teams of engineers (across the US and India), prioritizing workloads, balancing capacity and demand, and providing guidance to ensure high performance.
• Drive Execution: Lead the execution of the team s roadmap while aligning with Lowe s broader technology strategy.
• Foster Development: Offer professional growth opportunities, manage performance, and build an agile workforce.
• Provide Mentorship: Actively mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical and professional growth while building future leaders.
• Build Relationships: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure process alignment and synergy, while offering coaching and guidance.
• Resolve Challenges: Manage stakeholder conflicts and trade-offs positively to drive engagement and successful outcomes.
• Enhance Processes: Develop and continuously improve best practices, standard operating procedures, and team objectives.
• Support Leadership: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to technology leadership and assist in rolling out complex initiatives.
• Empower Teams: Plan and allocate resources effectively, establish clear goals, and manage team morale and engagement to maintain a collaborative environment.
• Recruit and Retain Talent: Attract, hire, and develop talent, fostering a high-performing team and preparing team members for growth opportunities.

Years of Experience:

12+ years of IT experience, including:

• 10+ years in software engineering with expertise in Java, Kotlin, microservices, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 5+ years leading projects involving the implementation of SDLC.
• 2+ years in technical leadership, including direct management of team performance and mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
• 4+ years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce, with knowledge of agile development.
• Proven ability to integrate and scale marketplace platforms or high-traffic systems.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor s/master s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
