Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Preventive Genetic Tests


Location: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Thane

Work Mode: In-office

Annual Salary: ₹ 2.5 Lacs to ₹ 5 Lacs (plus sales incentives and travel allowance)


Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to play a crucial role in expanding our reach and creating brand awareness for My DNA's preventive genetic tests. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities and building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions, working under the guidance of the Area Business Managers (ABMs).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage with potential clients, including doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions, to promote My DNAs preventive genetic tests. Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring continuous business growth and brand loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the company's market presence. Conduct product presentations and service demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and impact of My DNAs services.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather market intelligence, including customer needs, trends, and competitor activities, to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
  • Collaboration with ABMs: Work closely with Area Business Managers (ABMs) to create and implement business development plans for the assigned territory.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in CRM tools or relevant platforms.
  • Travel & Client Visits: Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients, engage in business development activities, and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the diagnostics or healthcare industry (pathology experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Other: Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
