Job Description

Role & responsibilities


1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential partners for HLM and franchisee labs. Use various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.

2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective lab owners and key decision-makers. Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with Lord's Med Pathology, including brand reputation, support, and potential revenue growth.

3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding the Lord's Med Pathology network. Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine lead generation strategies.

4. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract HLM and franchisee lab partners. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential partners.

5. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.

6. Brand Promotion and Representation: Represent Lord's Med Pathology at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Promote the company's brand, products, and services to potential partners and industry stakeholders.

7. Reporting and Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and pipeline development. Provide regular reports on lead generation, sales progress, and market feedback to senior management.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and partner onboarding.


Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate with Lifescience stream
  • 1-3 Years of Pathology /Healthcare Experience.
  • Proactive Approach: The Sales Executive should be highly proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A focus on understanding and meeting the needs of potential partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about market expansion and brand positioning.

Location: Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore
