Job Description: Process & Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end production process of oil expellers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency across all production lines.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, and quality standards to ensure all products meet established benchmarks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize production cycles.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to promptly report and resolve technical issues, minimizing production disruptions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, ISO), and environmental compliance within the plant.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment, including oil expellers, filters, conveyors, elevators, and small boilers.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports detailing equipment performance, maintenance activities, production output, and quality metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance staff, fostering collaboration, boosting team productivity, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in managing production and maintenance processes, specifically with oil expeller machinery, ideally within the oil or feed industry.
• Strong expertise in the maintenance and troubleshooting of oil expellers, filters, conveyors, elevators, and related equipment.
• Proficiency in managing production processes, ensuring optimal equipment performance and output.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a team effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Experience in labor handling and team leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Boiler certification is preferred, but not mandatory.

We are looking for a candidate who can join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be available to start work immediately or on short notice.

Note –

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in the oil or feed industry, specifically with oil expeller machinery. A solid understanding of safety and regulatory standards is essential.
