Estimator

Responsibilities:

• The Estimating Team is responsible for assisting our partner, in USA, with several aspects related to purchasing.
• The estimating team overseas measuring and uploading data of key categories to Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed quantity estimates of entire plan.
• Estimates include flooring, countertops, wall tile, cabinets, bath glass, lighting, hardware, doors, trim, and plumbing fixtures in multiple cities at same time.
• Pricing request preparations and price data management
• Driven to meet deadlines and achieve expectations.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering
• Strong command of verbal and written English language
• Expertise in reading all residential drawings, such as architectural and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel.
• Understand the project and its requirements.
• Highly organized to manage more than one task simultaneously.
