Role & responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Brand Management:
- Strengthen and manage the company's brand identity.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
3. Product Development:
- Collaborate with the product development team to guide new product initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitive landscape.
- Utilize data to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor consumer trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive online engagement and sales.
- Analyze digital metrics to enhance performance.
6. Advertising & Promotions:
- Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across various media platforms.
- Develop promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
8. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Present marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and industry influencers.
