Job Description

Job Description : Sales Manager (International) - Product Company

- Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with over 3 years of experience in selling enterprise software products/solutions to mid or large-sized enterprises in international markets.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics or e-commerce sectors and will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up introductory meetings with customers based on leads and navigate organizational hierarchies to engage senior leadership such as CEOs, MDs, and IT Heads.

- Understand customer needs and requirements for software solutions, mapping them to company products.

- Collaborate with the Product Team to determine solutions for any required customizations and effort estimation.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and support customers during project implementation and initial usage to ensure adoption and address any issues.

- Demonstrate company solutions to customers, clearly highlighting how they address specific pain points.

- Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers.

- Identify customers' decision-making processes and timelines, proactively sharing relevant information and negotiating contracts to finalize deals.

- Maintain ongoing communication with customers for relationship building, product feedback, and securing customer references.

- Work closely with the Marketing Team to align sales strategies.

- Utilize CRM systems for managing information and customer contacts.

- Attend industry events such as shows, exhibitions, and seminars.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in selling logistics and supply chain software solutions, preferably ERP.

- Experience in SaaS/Cloud solutions is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of the logistics industry.

- Ability to generate leads and develop a database of qualified prospects.

- Self-driven and capable of working independently with effective planning and prioritization skills to manage multiple opportunities across different regions.

- Technologically savvy with the ability to understand and explain technology products, particularly in an enterprise context.

- Strong critical thinking skills to quickly identify customer pain points and align company products as solutions.

- Excellent customer empathy, listening, and persuasion skills to understand customer perspectives and effectively communicate value propositions.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

- Professional appearance and grooming.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and IT skills.

- Knowledge of logistics processes and industry best practices.
