Experience - Min. 2-5 yrs.

Job Summary

1. Knowledge of handling Mfg.-warehouse/store activity.

2. Knowledge of SAP (SD Module)

3. Strong knowledge of planning & execution of dispatch sales orders.

4. Strong communication skills & Excel knowledge.

5. Knowledge of preparation of sales invoices.

6. Knowledge of preparation MRN/GRN in SAP.

7. Vehicle Arrangements.

8. Knowledge of handling 3rd parties (like transporter/sales team)

9. Daily co-ordination with production to get material on time.

10. Preparation of sales pending order.

11. Knowledge of prepare MIS report (sales report, freight cost analysis report).

12. Knowledge of inventory management at Factory & depots level.

13. .Knowledge of FIFO.

Skills

• Good knowledge of SAP (SD & MM Module)
• Good knowledge of Excels.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Good knowledge of handling inward/outward material.
• Knowledge of planning & distribution.
