Logistic Executive

Responsibility Include:

• Monitor and manage the logistics flow.
• Review Bills of Lading (BOL) for accuracy and consistency with shipment details (e.g., product description, consignee, consignee address, number of units).
• Verify that the BOL aligns with other documents such as the commercial invoice and packing list.
• Track and monitor the movement of goods during transportation and provide regular updates to management.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on export.
• Experience in a merchant exporter company.
• Strong knowledge of export-related documentation such as Certificate of Origin, Bills of Lading, and Export Licenses are prepared and processed.
