Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases and test script.

- Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality.

- Identify, record, document, and track bugs and defects in collaboration with development teams.

- Re-test resolved defects and update the status of bugs in the tracking system.

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to test procedures, test results, and quality metrics.

- Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure that the software meets quality standards.

Requirements :

- Familiarity with manual testing and automation testing techniques.

- An individual with High Agency.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Experience with bug-tracking tools.

- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.

- 2 years of experience in software testing.
