Software Support Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation of our ERP software for clients, ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing support. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication abilities.

• Act as a first point of contact for clients experiencing software issues post-implementation.
• Deliver training sessions to clients to ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system post-implementation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, client feedback, and any changes in scope. Regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee the deployment of our ERP software for clients, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations.
• Strong verbal communication skills in various languages.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software-related problems.
• Willingness to work for on-site support.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met during implementation.
