About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator to lead and manage SAP Basis tasks and infrastructure for our clients. This role demands hands-on experience in SAP implementations, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide the development and implementation of robust SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute SAP Basis administration tasks, including landscape design, client strategy, and capacity planning.
• Lead SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades across multiple landscapes.
• Develop and maintain SAP technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for architectural frameworks and SAP technology stacks.
• Manage high-availability setups, disaster recovery strategies, backups, and storage systems.
• Oversee performance monitoring, proactive issue identification, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Provide thought leadership through business papers, white papers, and case studies.
• Collaborate in a global delivery model with offshore and multicultural teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• At least 10 years of SAP Basis administration experience.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP Basis implementation lifecycles.
• Proficiency in SAP systems such as ECC, BI, HANA, S/4HANA, Enterprise Portal, Process Integration (XI), and more.
• Hands-on experience with NetWeaver Enhancement Packages and SAP Solution Manager.
• Expertise in presales, proposal writing, and client presentations.
