About the Role:
We are hiring a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process automation, innovative problem-solving, and end-to-end software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Development Team Lead to design and implement projects.
• Analyze user needs, design, and construct software solutions.
• Participate in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Develop and maintain programs while ensuring documentation and testing.
• Research and implement technologies to solve business problems and automate processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including database, QA, product management, and documentation teams.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions using industry best practices.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years in mobile application development, with at least 1 year in React Native.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript for React Native.
• Proficiency in developing strongly typed applications with Expo.
• Knowledge of React Navigation and other mobile UI frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases and Amazon services (e.g., Lambda, Athena, Kinesis, Aurora).
• Hands-on experience with web applications, APIs, and Microservices development.

Preferred Skills:

• Integration of APIs with AI engines (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4).
• Knowledge of mobile security, including data encryption and secure API communication.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Healthcare domain experience and expertise in modular design and architecture.

Organizational Fit:

• Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes requiring nights/weekends.
• Proactive, with minimal supervision required.
• Team player with excellent written and communication skills.
