battery cells and EV solutions to meet the growing demand for efficient, clean energy. In addition to its cutting-edge battery technology, Log9 provides EV leasing services, offering 2-wheelers, 3-
wheelers, and 4-wheelers to fleet operators and managing these assets with comprehensive
servicing and maintenance support. Headquartered in Bengaluru, Log9 is redefining green mobility in India and beyond, driven by its commitment to technological innovation and sustainable growth. We are hiring a sales Manager to expand our leasing operations. The role involves reaching out to fleet operators and businesses, promoting our EV leasing solutions, and driving adoption across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly within fleet or EV leasing, and will play a key role in furthering Log9’s mission to accelerate sustainable mobility.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve leasing targets for EVs across 2-
wheelers, 3-wheelers, and 4-wheelers.

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in alignment with company
objectives, actively working to meet or exceed these targets.

2. Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients, including fleet operators, logistics
companies, and businesses in need of EV solutions.

Build and manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients
to drive new leasing agreements.

3. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and
presenting tailored leasing solutions.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals
and referrals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the leasing lifecycle.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and
competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to position Log9’s leasing services
effectively.


Provide insights on market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities to
inform sales strategy and product offerings.

5. Proposal and Contract Management
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate lease terms, and manage the contract
process to close deals efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts are compliant with company
policies and align with client requirements.

6. Collaboration with Operations and Service Teams
Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure timely vehicle
delivery, maintenance, and servicing as per client agreements.

Monitor asset performance and client feedback to maintain high service standards
and operational efficiency.

7. Reporting and Data Analysis
Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue targets, using data to
evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management, contributing to
strategic planning for the leasing business.

8. Customer Education and Promotion
Educate clients on the benefits of EV leasing and Log9’s unique offerings, positioning
the company as a leader in EV fleet solutions.

Represent Log9 at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the
company’s leasing and technology solutions.
