Assistant Data Processor

Job Role:

• Perform data entry operations accurately and efficiently using computer software such as Excel, Word, etc.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information handling.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to data processing.
• Meet productivity targets set by management while maintaining high-quality output..

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• 1+ year of general work experience.
• Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Typing speed and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a team, be a team player.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and readiness for routine work.
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office standard tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
