Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Input and update data into databases and computer systems. Ensure that data is entered accurately and efficiently.
• Data Verification: Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies. Make corrections as necessary.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and manage files and records, both physical and digital, in an organized manner.
• Report Generation: Generate reports and summaries as needed for management and other departments.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data-related issues and provide support as needed.
• Data Management: Assist in data cleanup and migration projects. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required. Basic MS-Excel knowledge is needed.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
