• Learning Management System Job Description: The Batch Associate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the batch processing in our Learning Management System (LMS)
• This role requires a high level of understanding of batch processing, data management, and LMS operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Batch Processing: Oversee the scheduling, processing, and management of batches in the LMS
• Ensure that all batches are processed accurately and on time

• Data Management: Manage the data associated with batch processing
• This includes ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting data issues, and making necessary corrections

• System Monitoring: Monitor the LMS to ensure it is functioning properly
• Identify and resolve any issues that may affect batch processing

• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as Category manager and Course Development, to ensure smooth operation of the LMS

• Reporting: Generate and provide reports on batch processing activities
• Use these reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
