Life Insurance Backend Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process backend operations for life insurance policies, including policy issuance, servicing, and reminding for renewals to customers.
  
• Ensure accurate MIS into the system to maintain policy records.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in back office operations or a similar role (life insurance industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance products (health insurance) an added advantage.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) with ability to learn new software quickly.
