Role Description:
- Identify & develop new streams for long term revenue growth for LKP's Research Products - SPIP
- Identify the potential clubs or social networking channels or investors gathering agencies to promote SPIP product online as well as offline
- Responsible and accountable for development of new business
- Build relationship with Club networks like JOTO, Rotary club, Lions club etc. in different cities and organize offline/online events for investors
- Detailed knowledge of broking industry can be an advantage
- 3 years' professional sales experience in organizing events for investors for direct business
- Capable enough to tie-ups with Clubs networks or any other offline/online networks in different cities, Capable enough to organize events in big societies for investor meets in different cities for direct business
- Self-presentable and capable enough to present the company and its products to the audience
- Prepare fortnightly/monthly/quarterly reports to the internal stakeholders for performance review
Qualifications:
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role within the financial services or brokerage industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and research services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
