We are seeking an experienced Large Language Model (LLM) AI Research Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art LLMs that can understand and generate human-like language.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled LLM AI Research Engineer with expertise in model training, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), attention mechanisms, and multimodal learning. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers is also required.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy large-scale LLMs optimizers that can understand and generate human-like language
Develop and implement model training and fine-tuning strategies to achieve state-of-the-art performance on various NLP tasks
Collaborate with research scientists to design and implement novel prompt engineering techniques for task-agnostic models
Work closely with software engineers to integrate LLMs into our production systems
Conduct experiments, analyze results, and provide insights to improve model performance and efficiency
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, attention mechanisms, and multimodal learning
Develop and maintain open-source code repositories to contribute back to the research community
Requirements:
Ph.D. or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in LLM AI research and development
Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), attention mechanisms, and multimodal learning
Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization using Docker
Excellent programming skills in Python, Java script, or C/C++
Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies
Nice to Have:
Experience with open-source contributions to popular NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers
Familiarity with model serving platforms (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, AWS Bedrock)
Experience with multimodal learning techniques (e.g., vision-and-language models)
