Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database to generate leads.
• Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their property requirements and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about available properties, projects, and services.
• Schedule site visits or meetings between clients and sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and ensure timely communication.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any initial concerns to build trust and rapport.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and client handling.
• Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, projects, and competitors.
