Sales Head

To guide the Sales Team working under him to increase sales in various zones.

1) Distributors:

• To play a crucial role in connecting the company with Distributors.
• To appoint Distributors wherever required.
• To coordinate with the Distributors and check availability of stocks.
• To get Primary Orders, follow up with the company and ensure supply of stocks.
• To follow up with the Distributor regarding payments due from him to the company.

2) Retailers:

• To meet the Retailers as per schedule with the respective Sales Officers.
• To check visibility of products in the retail points.
• To check availability of stock and get Secondary Orders.
• To forward Secondary Orders to Distributor and ensure supply of stocks from the Distributor.
• To proactively identify new Retail Outlets.
• To conduct business development activities to improve sales.

3) Livia

• To discuss with the Company leadership and fix monthly, quarterly and annual targets for each Sales Officer working under him.
• To work meticulously to achieve the Targets by the entire team working under him (both Primary and Secondary).
• To monitor market trends and competitor activities and report to the company.
• To submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the company.
• To offer new ideas in order to expand company sales and profits.
