Role Overview:

The Business Finance Analyst at Lithium Urban Technologies will play a crucial role in the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis functions. This individual will be responsible for leading the strategic financial planning process, managing financial forecast models, and providing insightful analysis to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to streamline processes, and a proven track record of optimizing financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning:

- Lead the strategic financial planning process.

- Develop and maintain financial forecast models, systems, and tools.

- Consolidate the organization's budget and secure necessary approvals from senior management.

Management Information system:

- Prepare accruals during month-end close.

- Creating Daily, weekly and monthly MRR

- Require excellent control over the numbers.

- Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide on-time financial report

3. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work hand in hand with business teams regularly to update and review budgets.

- Track everyday performance and constant monitoring and review of all KPIs.

- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by senior management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics tools

- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate financial information to senior management.
