- Develop and maintain BIM models for projects.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit BIM reports and documentation.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM practices and technologies.
- Monitor and manage BIM processes and workflows.
- Conduct BIM reviews and address any discrepancies.
- Promote the use of BIM for improving project efficiency and quality.
