Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Recruiter to oversee our domestic recruitment process.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, specifically in domestic markets, and will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, building a talent pipeline, and delivering on hiring needs across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates for various roles, with a focus on domestic hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, skill requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, and job boards.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve the hiring process.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with focused on domestic hiring.
- Experience leading recruitment teams or managing large hiring projects.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and strategies for the Indian job market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed hiring targets.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus.
