Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard companions (fitness trainers, therapists, nutritionists, and coaches) to Phlea.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demos to explain Phleas benefits and revenue model.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with companions and ensure they remain active on the platform.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by driving new sign-ups.
  • Gather feedback from companions and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in influencer onboarding, gig economy, or social networking platforms is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
  • Basic understanding of social networking platforms and online services.
