We are looking for talented individuals that have experience building new products and new businesses, from first principles, at scale.

The Technical Architect would put a technical solution on board using which the development teams would start building components and systems which meet the use cases, standards and compliance needs.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

• Owns architectural roadmap for business units including wiring diagrams, schematics and message flows etc.
• Creates and submits IA document w.r.t. technical feasibility, operational impact, information security, Job scheduling and integration touch points
• Prepares HLD document if applicable
• Updates IT asset register and message flows
• Creates and owns IT Infra configurations, application parameterization and capacity information
• Assists in implementation and release planning
• Reviews monitoring logs and stability reports
• Assist Product owner, design leads and product manager by providing technical inputs, assessment, solutions and advises.
• Provide report on current architecture in reference to its scalability, resilience and modularity.
• Provides validation on product technical attributes in terms of latency, uptime, performance and back up

Experience & Personal Attributes

• Very well versed with latest technology patterns, business needs and trends i.e. Blockchain, RPA, ML, Analytics, DevOps etc.
• Very hands-on front end, middleware and backend architectures & technologies such as .Net, Java, Python, Ruby, MS SQL, Oracle, MYSQL etc.
• Full understanding of N-Tier architecture, SOA, Microservices etc.
• 5 to 10 years of experience is must as solution designer or solution architect or system architect or application architect
• Minimum 5 years of Product development experience
• Exposure of DevOps framework - Azure DevOps (preferred)
• Experience of agile / scrum environments
• Ability to solve complex problems and finding quick solutions
• Experience of working in an agile team of product managers, developers, environment engineers and release managers.
• Senior Stakeholder Management Skills should be top notch
• Excellent communication skills required both written & verbal
• Experience of writing technical business cases, technical proposals and / or white papers on technical topics
