Data Governance

Role & responsibilities

Linedata is looking for experienced Data Governance Associate who design and implement the data governance framework spanning across capabilities and tools such as data quality checks, defining/tracking KPIs, data lineage and data structure and organization.

Responsibilities

1. Data Catalog Rollout & User Adoption: Partner with data owners to develop comprehensive definitions for data domains and critical data elements, following best practices.

2. Data Quality Rollout & User Adoption :Partner with data owners to define data quality rules for used cases and implement into data quality engine using live data

3. Change Management Adoption

4. Data Rationalization and Root Cause Analyses:Perform data deep dives and evaluate/recommend process flow re-design across functions and key user

Skills Required

• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries
• Strong process discipline: ability to design new processes & drive continuous improvement in existing ones
• Proven experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders/internal customers
• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Advantageous Skills

• Experience in private asset management, including working knowledge of various asset classes, investment data management, and related technologies
• Data governance program experience using tools such as Atlan and Monte Carlo
• Ability to read / write Python scripts to understand the business logic, configurations

Academic Requirements

• BE / BSc/ BCom / MBA degree or equivalent education
• 1-5 years of experience
