Manager - Metal & Glass || Faridabad

Principal responsibilities:

• Lead generation, market survey and identify potential customers for the Oxygen based Combustion system conversion in various industrial furnaces and process such as Iron& Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Zinc, Lead, Glass, Cement and so on
• Data collection, technical evaluation, techno commercial proposal preparation, coordinate with Sales team and follow up with customer for the closure
• Equipment selection and design criteria for the AT project
• Actively participate in Project installation, commissioning, safety audit, process optimization, training and handing over and maintain the customer
• Continually engage with customer and provide value added solutions
• Consistently achieve sign up and start up targets

Required key skills (functional/technical):

• Proficiency in various Industrial combustion, process, Furnaces and Burners
• Thermal and mass balance of various Industrial combustion process
• Overall project management and safe installation & commissioning
• Go-to market, Business analysis, competition activities, customer mapping, negotiation and persuasion
• Strong inter personal skills and self-driven

Required qualifications/experience:

• B.E/ME Metallurgical Engineering along with significant hands on experience in large scale process industries i.e. Integrated steel mills (Blast Furnace operation, Steel Melt Shop, Rolling Mills etc), Primary Non Ferrous and Glass Industries
• Strong Business & Market development skills
• Experience in Industrial gas sales and Application, installation is a plus
• Result and achievement-oriented experience in respective domain
• 8 to 10 years of total experience.
