Ensure effective onboarding of newcomers.
BRC Knowledge & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards across HR and operational activities.
Implement BRC practices for food safety, quality management, and supplier requirements.
Regularly monitor adherence to BRC guidelines to support safe and high-quality product manufacturing.
