We are seeking dynamic Key Accounts Managers (1-8 years) to drive growth of our Korean beauty brand portfolio across retail partners while managing end-to-end operations. This role combines strategic partnership management with hands-on operational execution. You will own both the business growth and day-to-day operations of our brand portfolio across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
What the Role Actually Entails:
Strategic Account Management:
- Own P&L and growth targets for our brands across retail partners
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive brand sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at retail partners
- Negotiate business terms for brand portfolio expansion
- Identify opportunities for brand visibility and growth
Daily Operations Management:
- Handle regular operational tasks including listings, price updates, and content management
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across channels
- Create and update detailed sales reports and analysis
- Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Business Planning & Execution:
- Plan and implement promotional calendars with retail partners
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
- Develop strategies to improve sell-through and visibility
- Track and optimize promotional spend and ROI
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work with supply chain for inventory management
- Coordinate with finance for payments and reconciliation
- Collaborate with design team for promotional creatives
- Align with warehouse for efficient order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with partner requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in any field
- 1-8 years of experience in retail/key account management
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience in partner management and business development
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

- 60% focus on business growth, partner relationships, and strategy
- 40% hands-on operational work including reporting, listings, and coordination
- You will need to balance high-level business planning with day-to-day operational tasks
