Limese - Brand Relations Manager (1-8 yrs)

We are seeking dynamic Brand Relations Managers across experience levels (1-8 years) to lead the growth and management of our Korean beauty brands portfolio across multiple retail channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand success through both online and offline retail partnerships. Core Responsibilities:

Channel Management:

- Own end-to-end retail channel operations, from cataloging to business planning

- Drive brand growth across all retail partners through strategic planning and execution

- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels

Partner Relations & Business Development:

- Build and nurture relationships with existing retail partners

- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand brand presence

- Negotiate and manage retail partner agreements and commercial terms

- Work with partners to optimize product placement and in-store visibility

Performance Management:

- Track and analyze sales performance across retail channels

- Generate actionable insights from performance data

- Develop and implement strategies to improve channel performance

- Set and achieve growth targets for assigned retail partners

Brand & Category Management:

- Maintain brand integrity across all retail touchpoints

- Stay updated with Korean beauty trends and market dynamics

- Monitor competitor activities and market developments

- Provide market insights to support product development

Operational Excellence:

- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations

- Manage product listings and content across retail channels

- Ensure optimal inventory management across partners

- Handle partner queries and issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field

- 1-8 years of experience in retail or brand management

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Experience-based Requirements:

Experience in one or more of the following areas, with depth expected to increase with years of experience:

- Beauty/FMCG retail or brand management

- Retail partnership management

- Business planning and analysis
