Executive – Training

Coordinate with trainers and online training providers, manage logistics, and communicate with LPF girls regarding their enrollment. Share feedback summaries with trainers after each training program.
Ensure timely updates of training software and maintain the training database. Analyze program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare monthly updates on skill-building and training programs, and share quarterly reports. Collaborate with the Scholarship Process team to track and report Corporate CSR Partners' support for LPF girls.
