We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic People and Culture team. The ideal candidate for the HRBP role will be instrumental in fostering a positive employee experience.
Duties & Accountability
Onboarding and Induction:
Execute the end-to-end onboarding process systematically for all new hires.
Conduct effective induction sessions for cultural integration.
Initiate surveys to gather insights and enhance the onboarding experience.
Manage background verification (BGV) processes.
Produce reports in a timely manner to support the onboarding and BGV procedures.
Drive employee wellness initiatives.
Collaborate on the planning and execution of wellness events and workshops.
Evaluate and enhance program effectiveness.
Employee Data Management:
Oversee confidential data management.
Utilize HR information systems to maintain and update employee records.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee information on Kleeto.
Manage end to end exit formalities.
Address concerns and conflicts promptly and fairly.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture through communication.
Align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Communicate policies and initiatives effectively.
Foster open communication between employees and management.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Implement strategies for engagement and retention.
Conduct regular surveys for feedback.
Drive team-building, recognition, and other initiatives.
Highly intelligent and articulate.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree in HRM or a related field. MBA degree preferred.
At least 4-6 years of experience as HR Generalist or HRBP role.
Excellent interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and collaboration.
Should have created impact within a corporate, global, or complex organization.
