We are hiring for profile: E-Commerce Executive
Responsibilities: - Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
- Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
- Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks. - Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
- Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
- Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Analytics.
- Broad experience of attribution modeling, conversion management, and sales journey optimization.
- Knowledge about Omnisend, Mailchimp, bigcommerce , woocommerce.
Schedule: US Shift 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM IST
