Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBBS Doctor in New Delhi. The MBBS Doctor will be responsible for providing medical assistance, conducting health workshops, managing employee insurance and claims, and overseeing the physical and mental health programs. The MBBS Doctor will collaborate with the team to ensure the well-being of employees and promote a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree with valid registration
• Experience in providing medical assistance and conducting health workshops
• Knowledge of employee insurance and claim support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in mental health programs is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
