What you'll do :
- Recruiting, training, and overseeing the inside sales team.
- Coaching inside sales personnel on how to respond to common customer inquiries effectively.
- Partnering with the marketing team to ensure that the inside sales team has high-quality leads to follow up on.
- Keeping meticulous records of all leads and finalized sales.
- Generating precise sales forecasts to aid the company in making informed business decisions.
- Regularly assessing the performance of the inside sales team and providing constructive feedback.
- Evaluating current sales strategies and procedures for effectiveness and recommending improvements where necessary.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
You are perfect for the role if you have :
- Bachelor's /masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated 7+ Years of experience in the role of an Inside Sales Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational capabilities.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a dedication to providing excellent customer experiences.
