ACD ( Admission Coordinator ) Executives - OPD

To monitor the progress of patients assigned by CCD for OPD.
To coordinate with patient and concerned hospital.
To provide status to respective MAS & RM.
Maintain the package master
Monitoring and Controlling of, Cases received from hospital TPA desk to T2T portal (our TPA portal)
Providing approval or rejection for Pre Auth or Above limit facilitation
Aarogya Sathi task assignments to visit the hospitals in the district and confirmation of ongoing treatment
Monitoring separate queue of patient admission due to accident at construction site
Monitoring the patient till the discharge is issued
Patient wise final bill approval
Cumulative hospital Bill finalization
Maintain the daily district wise and state wide hospital register and dashboard.
