Maintenance Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Overseeing all maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Planning and executing maintenance schedules, and responding to maintenance requests promptly
• Hiring, managing, and training the maintenance team, and ensuring they follow company policies and procedures
• Developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
