Personal Lines Underwriting Product Lead

Minimum 5~7 years of experience in Insurance product pricing
Brief knowledge or experience about Motor insurance pricing.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and provide specific recommendations; ability to work with large data and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
High degree of hands-on proficiency in analytic tools including VBA, financial modelling and MS Office; ability to translate data into prescriptive actions.
Coordinate with the analytics and actuary team to collect and interpret detailed pricing support at OEM & Non-OEM level, schemes, and the portfolio as such.
Prepare monthly deck for product steering meeting (monitoring of marginal cost and execution of corrective actions on ground)
Apply and incorporate effective pricing approaches at make, model & portfolio level along with analysis to the new products launched by the company.
Contribute in price review exercise at regular intervals through market benchmarking & identifying the areas for correction
Make sure of the integrity of datas throughout the teams.
Manage all the expectations of the key shareholders and work together to achieve shared organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Statistics / Economics from a Recommended university Masters degree preferred especially business, statistics, accounting or economics and also a good knowledge in underwriting and finance operation of Insurance companies.
