Job Description
Liases Foras is the only non-brokerage real estate research company in India. Data and Science form the core of our services, which range from providing market intelligence and risk advisory to lenders and mortgage companies , to providing development advice, best use, and valuations to developers, funds, banks and corporations.
The roles and responsibilities: - Data Entry in Tally Cheque vouchers, Cash vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Bank Reconsiliations etc.
- Maintain and handle Petty cash transactions
- Prepare TDS working and other reports in excel as require by management and seniors
- Prepare Cash & Cheque vouchers along with cheques
- Maintain Physical Files and PDF soft copies for Bank Statement,Sales invoices, Cheque and cash vouchers Bills, Unpaid bills, Statutory compliance challans like GST/TDS/PF/ESIC/PT etc.
- Day to day Admin work
- Maintain unpaid bills and take approval from the concern team members or management and seniors
We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Assistant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. In addition to maintaining accounts payable and receivable, this person will also be responsible for carrying out related duties. The costumers , Vendors, and cross-functional teams will also need to be promptly communicated with and coordinated with.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Ms Excel is must
- Have good work ethic and morale standards.
- Work efficiently with commitment to high standards
- Identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others
Qualification
Bachelors /Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 3-5 yrs of experience
