We are looking for a proactive HR and Admin Assistant to manage recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and admin tasks. This role suits someone who excels in dynamic settings and drives employee satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
HR -
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from JD creation to offer rollout, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, record management, payroll support, and exit formalities.
Address employee grievances, handle queries, and ensure compliance with policies and benefits.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Admin -
Act as a point of contact for vendor and client management
Generate, maintain and share invoices with clients for billing at the end of each month
Manage banking activities and payroll and billing related tasks
Ideal Profile:
Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking System and HRMS
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Should have a good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet
