Technical Manager (Aerospace manufacturing unit)

French MNC Company Representative, the Technical Manager/Assistant is responsible for the following tasks:

• Technical Manager/Assistant for Aerospace products assembled by Aerospace Manufacturing client based out of Gurgaon Technical support for activities such as layout, structural assembly via riveting and TIG welding, fitting, sheet metal work, mechanical, electrical, and functional testing, and electrical harness manufacturing.
• Resolving non-conformity issues with assemblies and primary parts in collaboration with the client.
• Providing technical solutions for handling minor or major non-conformities, with support from FRENCH MNC COMPANYs methods and quality teams as per the defined responsibilities.
• Responding to various technical queries from the client.
• Quality Support: Ensuring compliance with FRENCH MNC COMPANY's quality standards by AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT Monitoring the qualification of special processes.
• Overseeing staff training.
• Tracking tool calibration.
• Ensuring adherence to quality rules and procedures.
• Assisting in drafting non-conformity reports for AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT clients and following up on their resolution with FRENCH MNC COMPANY France quality teams.
• Coordinating the transfer of quality alerts to AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT.
• Reception” Inspection of AT730 and PU708 pylons before delivery to the final client Performing 100% inspection of products from AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT production lines and certifying their compliance with FRENCH MNC COMPANY's specifications and quality requirements.
• Supply Chain Monitoring Tracking FRENCH MNC COMPANY kit deliveries to AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT.
• Following up on kit regularizations with AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT.
• Financial Monitoring Tracking billing statuses and transferring information to teams in France.
• Logistics Monitoring Providing support to coordinate pick-ups between AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT, the French transporter, and the FRENCH MNC COMPANY site.
• Assisting with customs prerequisites (license movements, certificate issuance, etc.).
• Monitoring upcoming, ongoing, and completed shipments.
• Creation/Update/Translation of Technical Documentation Instruction sheets.
• Control plans.
• Quality documentation (special processes, various quality rocedures, etc.).
• Tripartite Coordination: Dassault/Aerospace Manufacturing Client/French MNC Company Monthly updates on FRENCH MNC COMPANY part supply to AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT and production status of products at the client site.
• Coordination Between FRENCH MNC COMPANY Sites and AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT Ensuring the execution of ongoing contracts and addressing diverse requests.
• Client Quotation Requests Coordinating with the sales team and tracking supplementary orders.
• Support for Transfer Projects Providing assistance with management and industrialization aspects.
• Managing Training and Audits Organizing FRENCH MNC COMPANY training sessions and audits for AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING CLIENT.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing of aerostructures, including wiring and system integration.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in mechanical assembly techniques for structures, as well as fitting and/or system integration in the aerospace sector.

Skills:

Ability to read technical drawings and follow procedures (quality standards, execution processes).

Proficiency in technical English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
