Workiva Admin/Architect

Role: Workiva Admin/Architect :

Expereince level:- 5 to 7 Years

Work location :- Bangalore , Pune, Gurugram.

Work Mode:- Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Workiva COTS SaaS platforms owned and managed by the COTS Analytics team.
• Develop and deploy data and reports to the users in accordance with business requirements.
• Participate in ongoing data and analytics lifecycle management activities, leveraging agile methodologies.
• Contribute to sprint planning/grooming and backlog prioritization sessions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, FAQ's, QRG's, and provide training and support to end-users.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide subject matter expertise on the use of Workiva.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or errors, working closely with the Workiva support teams as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Workiva platform updates and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, to ensure consistent and efficient use of the platform.
• Build strong relationships with peers and business users, serving as a change agent to improve processes, products, and services.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of experience administering and/or developing in Workiva (ESG preferred)
• 3+ years of business experience in data preparation, operational and management reporting, business intelligence, dashboarding, and ad hoc analytics.
• Advanced SQL and Excel formula knowledge preferred.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data relationships concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint
