EDUCATION: B. Com, DBM or MBA-Human Resources from a Reputed Institute

EXPERIENCE: 4+ years in managing Human Resource and Administration functions in a small or mid-sized service industry.

WORK-LOCATION:

Magarpatta, Pune. Onsite. Full-time employment.

The JD for primary job is as follows:

HUMAN RESOURCES

• Design new HR policies and maintain the employee handbook
• Source, screen, interview, select & onboard talent for Pune office
• Recruit and maintain pan-India Destination Consultants
• Identify and maintain relations with recruitment consultants
• Tie-up with various institutes to facilitate hiring of intern and talent
• Host employee engagement activities and events
• Implement Theme of the Quarter aimed at improving the work culture and efficiency
• Innovate compensation, benefits & incentive packages as per market practices and allowed tax deductions.
• Maintain employee relations and handle grievances
• Design & implement a formal appraisal system
• Identify skill gaps, determine training needs & develop training programs that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct in-house training programs and engage external trainers for specialized needs
• Generate payroll ensuring compliance with TDS and labor laws
• Lead CSR activities
